To help us reproduce the result, include:

• The page you used and the property price entered.
• The buyer category and residency option selected.
• The result shown and what you expected instead.
• A link to any relevant official guidance.

You can use a fictional price that reproduces the problem. Please do not send property addresses, identification documents, bank details or other sensitive information.

What happens next?

StampDutyCal reviews reported issues against the relevant sources and updates the content or calculation if a correction is needed. We do not offer a guaranteed response time or personalised tax advice.
